By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WakePal regarding the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid Subscription. Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at mail@wakepal.xyz.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or to the Service.
The Service and all its content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software — is the property of WakePal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services, including analytics providers, payment processors, and platform services (Apple, Google). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We have no control over third-party services and assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakePal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the Application from your Device and cancelling any active Subscription.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
